No. The rental price for our Saint-Tropez villa holidays does not include the local tourist tax. This is a mandatory per-guest, per-night fee set by the local authorities and is added to your final invoice prior to arrival.

Can we book a holiday villa for less than 1 week in high season?

During peak season in Saint-Tropez, particularly July and August, a minimum stay of 1 week applies. In certain prime periods on the French Riviera, a 2-week minimum may be required. Shorter stays are generally not available during high season.

Standard check-in for our Saint-Tropez villa rentals is from 16:00, with check-out by 10:00 on departure day. Early arrivals or late departures may occasionally be accommodated, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak French Riviera periods.

When do you need to pay the remaining balance?

You need to pay the remaining balance 60 days before arrival. If you book within 60 days of your stay, full payment is due when you confirm.

Yes. You can arrange private transfers from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport, Toulon-Hyères Airport, or private aviation terminals. Helicopter transfers and chauffeur services are also available on request for a smooth arrival in Saint-Tropez.
